The Young Leadership Coalition (YLC) is a political organization focused on engaging young voters, identifying the issues that move them, and encouraging them to vote for principled right of center candidates.

According to Pew Research, Millennials and Gen Z are expected to be 37% of the United State’s electorate in 2020, up from 25% in 2012. Pew states that 59% of Millennials lean towards Democrats, making Millennials the most Democratic generation in the country. Conservatives can no longer view this group passively, they are voting, and they are reliably Democratic.

To address this, YLC has built a long-term integrated strategy of highly targeted digital advertisements, grassroots organizing, and data collection & analytics. Together, we can assure our state remains true to its historic principles.
